Before you upload

 

You must obtain Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval to upload data to the Cardiac Atlas Project. You must agree to safeguard the key linking original subject identifiers to the newly generated codes.  You must further agree not to provide this code to CAP investigators or personnel.  You must acknowledge that the free analysis that CAP will provide is not FDA approved for clinical care, and that you will use the results of the analysis only for research purposes.

Upload

  1. Login or register at https://cardiacatlas.org/xnat.
  2. Select DICOM files by going to the menu item Upload > Images choosing option 1 (Compressed upload) or option 2 (DICOM Browser).
