We are proud to announce the first release of our client-software, the CAP Client v0.1alpha. This will give you a taste of what’s possible in terms of visualizing, modeling fitting and analyzing of cardiac magnetic resonance images. The software is open source and a download for 3 major operating systems can be found at our sourceforge project page.

We have developed a HIPAA compliant de-identification procedure for DICOM data in collaboration with the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI), utilizing the Debabeler software. Prior to the upload into the database protected information is either deleted or encrypted, and therefore images neither identify nor provide a reasonable basis to identify an individual. The de-identification mapping can be found in the file repository on our sourceforge project site.
