Request Motion Correction Challenge

Please read more about the Motion Correction Challenge description before submitting a request.

The dataset consists of:

1. DICOM images:
   • 10 gated perfusion MRI studies (MoCo_01 – MoCo_10). Each has rest and stress studies.
   • 1 ungated perfusion MRI study (MoCo_Ungated) as a bonus.
2. Contours folder that contains the initial expert-drawn contour on one frame that can be used as the template for correcting subsequent frames.
3. A folder named mocotools that contains Matlab scripts to extract perfusion values. The starting point is ComputePerfusionValues.m file.
4. A folder named AIF_correct that contains the corrected arterial input functions for each class.
