Note that we DO NOT share the consensus contours, because this dataset is used only for external validation.
The dataset consists of:
- DICOM images of short-axis MRI
- Snapshots of consensus contours (low resolution PNG files)
- ContourFileFormat.pdf containing how to create contour files for submission
- patient_data.csv that lists pathology, vendor type, ED and ES frame numbers, and study instance UID.
